How I got Cellulite-Free in 4 Weeks with Cupping

I documented my journey to help me stay consistent in getting rid of my cellulite. All my friends were asking me to write up my “secrets” and share it so here we are. This is the most simple way I can outline what I did and what you can do to see some serious progress within literally weeks.

Side note: this isn’t a bash on cellulite, it’s normal to have, I just had a terrible case of it and was pretty self-conscious so please only read if you actually want a solution.

Before you Start

Cut the crap, stick to therapy and exercise.

  • Oils and creams will ONLY HELP, your bread and butter needs to be good ol’ exercise and time-tested therapies like cupping, massaging, and heat.

My Journey

Week 1 -  PLUMP and smooth from day 1
